I responded to a SPAM email that I received that offered assistance in working from home. I first had to complete a questionaire to see if I could qualify for their help. I later received a phone call from "Richard Marcelin" identifying himself as a Volunteer Marketing Advisor. The first red flag that went up was that he stated more than one time that this WAS NOT in any way a pyramid scheme or anything of the like.

Rather than be rude, I listened to what he had to say, received further instructions via e-mail download which I listened to. What a farce!!! I have spent nearly 40 years in the banking industry and can certainly smell a rat when it's presented.

After listening to the audio ads from the following website (www.igp.cc/richard) I e-mailed him requesting that he never call me again, that I was not interested in anything that shady. I also told him that it was most certainly a pyramid scheme, regardless of what he might want to call it and that I am not interested.

I later found this website and looked at the blank forms that they use, and guess what, the verbage was word for word as to what he said to me. I also e-mailed "Cara" that had written her experience with him, only to find out that he has stated to her that he is no longer affiliated with this shady organization. Ha ha, guess he lies about other things too.

Hopefully something can be done about this, why haven't more states restricted their operation??

This is as bad as the "pigeon drop" scheme that others have used on older persons to get all the money from their bank accounts. If I had $1250.00 to just throw away, I certainly wouldn't send it to them.
