You don't even have to be pregnant for this.  Look in your guts.  Look
in your brain.  Look in your shoes.  Look in your cat.  Look in your
turkey.  Look in your Halloween candy or fruit.  Oh, sure, babies are
among the neatest surprise packages going, but they aren't the only ones.
