No, I read you get chloramine, which forms dichloramine (explosive),
nitrogen trichloride (explosive), and hydrazine (extremely poisonous).
If you just want to snort some chlorine, this is overkill.

Your vital signs may vary.  Don't try this at home.  It is a violation
of federal law to use these products in a manner inconsistent with
their labelling.
