Coffin's book _The_Puzzling_World_of_Polyhedral_Dissections_, part of the Oxford Press Recreations in Math series, ISBN 0-19-286133-6. Nearly 200 pages, over 400 illos and photos. Hundreds of puzzles, and tips on building them yourself.
