First, for people who aren't accustomed to parsing brockets, I should
point out that the quoted text appears to be Henry Spencer's own (from
article <Bz3svA....@zoo.toronto.edu>, in case anyone cares.)

And second, I can't help expressing my awe at the statement, perhaps
the most amusingly amazing quotation out of context that I have ever
seen on Usenet.  It ought to win an award.  On closer examination, I
found that Henry was referring to _RFC_ 822.
