After the puzzle was done, Liane mentioned that she didn't expect to
live to see the reign of Anne the Fourth.  I wonder whether this
question was one Will didn't have time to pose, or if Liane is sharper
than I'm giving her credit for.  And I wonder how it would be posed.
Cluing the city is easy (in any number of ways) but I can't think of a
clue for the hypothetical monarch.
