I have a friend that's interested in the chat ring, even though she's not a
"real" WSFA, i.e. she doesn't come to meetings, but she's definately a fan.

Do we have a policy on this?  I'd like to see all who are interested, kinda
like anybody sufficantly interested in WSFA shows up at a meeting; all
interested enough to want to be on the list should be allowed on.  Anybody
have problems with this?
