Obviously at some point "the more, the merrier" breaks down. I would suggest that occurs *well* before Worldcon attendance levels (5,000 to 10,000), but the real question is *where*? Equally, the question must be asked: What benefit does having a much higher attendance bestow upon the convention? More money? (Will that counterbalance More Headaches and More Work?) It's time to clarify goals and determine what "success" means in terms of Capclave. --Ted White
