Once flew in C-47, from Okinawa to Taiwan. In addition to some military =
personal &  dependents, it also was carrying a small wing and a refridgerat=
or.

& they're still in commercial use too.  There's a commuter airline out of =
Cap Cod - I believe - that still flies them.
