I kind of feel the same way about Arthur C. Clarke. Love the short fiction, but while I didn't actively dislike Rama or Childhood's End, I don't consider them masterpeices that I would encourage eveyone I know to read. Actually, I rather enjoyed the Rama books - the rather aloof stance of the narrator made them very relaxing to read. The one author I have a bad time with is Asimov - fascinating ideas, but I challenge anybody to find a real live breathing personn in him any where. _________________________________________________________________ Chat with friends online, try MSN Messenger: http://messenger.msn.com
