	Lee Strong, member of WSFA and Toastmasters International, won the
Area 15 International Speech Contest last night, 28 March 2002.  In a
prepared 6 minute speech, Toastmaster Strong answered the question "How
Shall We Remember Them?" by concluding that the best memorial to the victims
of 9/11 would be world of liberty, opportunity, justice and peace.
