Well, normally the Journal doesn't print politics.  However, expecting a
"world of liberty, opportunity, justice and peace" clearly puts it into the
fantasy category and therefore a legitimate subject for the Journal.

Sure, by all means submit it.  If it is too long, I'll just break it into
two parts.

Besides, that'll give me an excuse to slap a "award-winning essay inside"
sticker on the front.
