FDR does not fill the bill, nor any later president. FDR died fairly young (in his sixtes, I think), considering that presidents tended to live considerably longer than the average, discounting unusual events such as assassinations, and the one who died of a cold he caught on Inauguation Day. Hoover, I think, outlived FDR, so probably Hoover would not yet qualify. Coolidge, maybe? I could look it up, but that would be like cheating.
