It's Replay, by Ken Grimwood, Ace 1992, originally published by Arbor House and winner of the World Fantasy Award, says here on the cover. Unfortunately, you need to die to partake of this brand of time travel. You then wake up "in" your earlier self, with all knowledge intact, which makes for not having to work much in your subsequent lifetimes after you've made a few good sports bets and/or stock picks.
