I just solve that question by answering exactly the question the kid has
asked, keeping in mind what I already know the kid knows.

And when it is clear that the kid is asking about the mechanics of sex, I
am quite technical.  And explain is clearly and without embarrassment.

And then comes the morality of sex, which is another lesson all together.
