Another data point. My ISP, Heller Information Services (his.com or hers.com) charges $30/month or $324/year for an account with 150 MB disk and 5 GB/month bandwidth and unlimited e-mail aliasing (ie, we could all have at wsfa.org mail accounts, with mail sent to a wsfa.org address automatically forwarded to a "real" e-mail address.) They're local (Rockville) and have been in business since 1984 (they started as a Macintosh BBS). From a network standpoint, they've been totally reliable; only problems I've had have been the result of pissing matches with Verizon (big surprise, right?) Site maintenence is via vanilla FTP and the weblogs look just fine with Lynx.
