And, as a note, during the last infantada -- could someone correct me on
the term so that I can add it to my spell checker?  -- the ratio of
Arabs to Israelis killed was 25/1.

This time, now that Israel has gone into the occupied territories, it's
3/1.  And getting closer to even.

It's a war, with the forces with an actual organization and army being
told to stop fighting.  The other side is also being told to stop
fighting but says that, since they no longer have a police force, they
can't do anything about it.  The fact that they didn't do anything about
it when they did have a police force, political organization, resources,
etc. seems to be immaterial.

The result is that Israel is being told to stop while the Palestinians
are saying that they're going to keep attacking.  Huh?

It's also interesting to note that the direct result of the last
infantada was the election of the current hard-liners in Israel.
