	I hope that you enjoyed the First Friday meeting.  I certainly did.
	When I made my little comment, I was supporting the point made by
Lee Gilliland and others that equal pay for equal work is morally desirable.
My comment was intended to illustrate how non-economic or non-rational
factors influence compensation decisions.
