I don't think it would be possible to "edit" Dhalgren.  It is very much =
what it is - a Delany novel.   Most of his writing over the last decade or =
so has been non-fiction, mostly postmodern theory & skiffy.

Chip's a really nice guy and I'm dreadfully amused that for a guy without =
a college degree he is a tenured professor at Temple (see: http://www.templ=
