And I agree. I, being a ripe old 45, do not necessarily think first of the
Internet for getting info about events. And it doesn't occur to me to check
the WSFA web site because I do not need info about WSFA.

What we have here is a communication problem. Keith's natural manner, in
person and in print, is terse to the point of appearing dismissive at times.
It's harder to take that into account in print. So let's all try to read our
missives before we send them, keeping in mind how they might be interpreted
without mitigating body language, tone of voice, etc.

[insert humorous tone here] Let's all heed Tom Lehrer's advice to, if we
cannot communicate, just shut up!

Well, as a matter of fact I didn't know it was on the web site, but even if
I did I would still have posted a reminder to the e-mail list.  Different
people prefer to get information different ways, and lots of people check
e-mail more regularly than they check a web site for updates.
