"Alas, CapClave decided to happen in 2002 the same weekend in Ditto, a
conjunction of cons that will force some Ditto attendees who like CapClave to
choose between Ditto and CapClave. Catherine Crockett and I both emailed
CapClave before Corflu in February, aware that CapClave and Ditto were
considering the same time of year. We explained if we knew CapClave's date
that Ditto likely would plump for a different weekend. No response. And of
course CapClave ended up being the same weekend as Ditto. *sigh*
