Well, it looks like the nice Canadian couple next door wants to move, so
once again, we'll be getting new neighbors.  Hopefully, they'll be as
nice as the ones we have now.  In the past, that hasn't always been the
case ...

Ideally, of course, they'd be fannish.  Hence this posting.

Anyway, it's at 1506 Sanford Rd, Silver Spring, 20902.  A stone's throw
from Sligo Creek Park, half mile walk to Metro (Forest Glen station),
easy access to Beltway. 3 bedroom, 2 bath, full finished basement (w/
fireplace), garage. Mature oaks, azaleas up the wazoo.  *Very* quiet
neighborhood.
