An amazing number of people haven't figured out that people come in two
basic models (more if you get "Discovery Health", AKA "the freakshow
channel" on cable)

Something that Americans haven't figured out is that all beaches in
Europe (at least all the ones I've seen) are what we would call
"topless".  In general, it's considered proper anywhere for a woman to
take her shirt off for sunbathing.  Fun to watch Americans discovering
this for the first time ....
