I volunteer to be member (b) because I print labels for my office files anyway. Also, there is nothing wrong with pursuing multiple strategies simultaneously: eBay, marketing, etc. -----Original Message----- From: Barry L. Fond as we are of Ebay, it's only helpful if somebody goes out there and actually is *looking* for what you've listed. Mid-list authors (to be kind about it) are not likely to have that many people casually looking for them. That's what marketing is really about, "creating" demand. Meanwhile, I'd like to suggest a division of labor for the onerous shipping process: 1) Member (a) receives orders and checks by snail mail, and types addresses into a database or spreadsheet. On day before a WSFA meeting, emails address to member (b). 2) Member (b) prints labels from list, arrives at meeting. 3) Member (a) or (c) comes to meeting with books and genuine packing materials purchased at club expense. Brief post-meeting packing effort ensues. Treasurer provides member (d) with check covering approximate postage. 4) Member (d) drops books at post office Saturday morning, resolving postage amounts with treasurer at convenient moment. Don't waste time with organizations which charge extra for delivery to homes. Members (a) through (d) could be 1 to 4 persons, depending on individual willingness to do work. Probably none of them should be Keith L., who is putting more than enough of his life into WSFA as it is. I cheerfully volunteer to be member (b). Barry
