The easiest way to do this would be to hold a raffle
at Capclave.  Have the people at registration ask each
person when they register if they want to buy a raffle
ticket.  Start with two books in the pool and then for
each additional $50 of tickets sold, another book will
be added to the pot.

Then after Capclave we do the same thing at WFC.
