That sounds like a good deal for those who wish to pay as little as
possible per month.  I'm paying $11.63 per month including tax, etc. on a
Sprint 'special deal', but there are no frills such as free roaming, free
long distance, or voice mail, and if I exceed the monthly minute
allocation, extra minutes are $1 each.
