BWSMOF list, he's worked on Worldcons and had chosen the dates as being
either before or after ConJosé.  The feedback he's gotten has shown him
that the dates are still too close so he'll be sending something out
with other suggestions.  He liked my idea of Philcon but had wanted to
get together before the fall convention cycle started so that people
could talk about cooperating on things like promotion and attendance.

If you look more closely at the site you mentioned you'll see that he
apparently owns a gaming shop in Philly.  Beyond that I don't know
anything about him, but Inge Heyer, of Shore Leave and a member of
BWSMOFs, has asked him some good questions.
