Dear Keith and the Capclave ConComm:

    The Meeting of Regional Convention Organizers and Club Officers is
moving toward the reply-by date of September 9th, just one week away.  We
would like to remind you that we have not yet received a firm reply to the
invitation [full text of which is re-printed below].

    After September 9th, a listserve will be set up to provide an open forum
for dialog on issues of mutual concern so that a clear agenda can be
established for the meeting.  All those who have indicated a willingness to
participate will have access to the listserve.

    NOTE:  if you would like to participate but cannot physically attend the
meeting on October 13th, you may still provide your feedback through the
listserve.  Just let us know by September 9th and we will see that you are
included in the discussion and have access to any notes which come out of
the meeting.

    You may be interested to know which of your peers will be participating
