Also, CNN had a brief peice on the cancellation, and Farscape is apparently the second highest rated show on the SciFi channel, so I don't really think the ratings/viewership is the real issue. Nor do I think they could have been surprised by the "rising costs" since those would have been taken into account with the 44 epsiode order 9even allowing for Hollywoods notoriously peculiar accounting practices).
