Sigh. So if 49 people reserve >rooms, the hotel is unhappy, while if 51 try to reserve rooms, one >of them will be sent away unhappy? Since I don't currently have access to the newsgroups I asked Sam to post a message to RASFF letting people know that the block was closing on the 4th. Tuesday night I was talking with someone who mentioned that she hadn't been able to make a reservation, having been told that the block was full. This was news to me. I asked Sam to post a follow up to RASFF saying that we were temporarily out of rooms but that more would be added. Which he did. Why the person Keith refers to decided not to come when we'd said that more rooms were being added I don't know. We now have more rooms, which I think Sam has posted to RASFF for me, although there is still some confusion over the suites. I'm in the process of sorting that out. I'm also going to see about getting the cut off date extended, since it was temporarily difficult for people to get rooms. Keith, this is not normal procedure for hotels, this is a problem with a new sales rep. It has been taken care of and we'll make certain that it doesn't happen next year. Elspeth
