It APPEARS that my office's Internet problems have been solved. The first
truly responsive technician spent today taking things apart and putting
them together, eventually persuading a Verizon tech to come replace
something. And since about 20 minutes after that, we've had no problems.
(Knock on wood!)

Unfortunately, the fact that the network has been down since last weekend
means I'm going to be forced to work most of this weekend to catch up. Will
someone enjoy some delicious single malt scotch or dark beer for me? If I'm
very lucky, I'll make an appearance at the con at some point.

(Oh, and Keith, can I pleasepleaseplease go back on the list?)
