section, along with a photo.

Why post this, you might ask?  Only because Judy Newton spotted one of
these gems on a shelf behind Gandalf's head as he entered Bilbo Baggins'
kitchen.  (And knew what it was when she saw it, which is more than I can
say.)  We had to review that scene about three times.  It's a weird looking
thing, kind of like an oversized pine cone.  The Post misquotes somebody
with a description of it as having a smell that could "knock a buzzard off
a fertilizer wagon."

Incidentally, the 4-disc collector's set of "The Fellowship of the Ring" is
worth every penny!
