Last time I rode in a rickshaw was during the Winnepeg Worldcon. A
group of enterprising guys with aluminum-framed rickshaws were giving
rides and tours of the town. It was a great idea since they could go up
the wide sidewalks (wider than the street I live on) against the one-way
traffic on the road; they were fast, fair, reliable and a lot of fun.
The guy who was pulling mine said it was the best summer job he'd ever had.
