	Steve Smith wondered if someone at the US Patent & Trademark Office
was very, very clever or very, very clueless in selecting a particular
homeland security graphic.  My vote is "Clueless."  As Alexis Gilliland said
in the Rosinante series, "Never attribute to malice what can be adequately
explained by stupidity."
