And for those of us who can't -- I'm not knowledgeable enough to not use
Windows, and my convention work absolutely requires that I accept
attachments, for example -- ZoneAlarm is a free firewall, Norton AntiVirus
is worth the money, and AT&T, which I switched over to because I can easily
access it from the road, has installed SpamAssassin which blocks most of that.

Granted, I got someone else to set up Nortons and ZoneAlarm for me, since
I've been out of the computer business long enough that it would have taken
me forever to do so myself. But it works and allows me to do the things
that I need and want to without hassle.

I don't have the journals but I'm looking forward to seeing folks
there. To all: have a good New Year's Eve, and may the coming year be blessed.
