	Well, sir, as the chief executive officer of Old Earth Books, you
need to get your staff together.  As it is, your marketeers are hawking your
books to interested parties, thereby creating a public expectation that the
books will be available for perusal and even sale.  If your distributers
can't make the books available to the public, your audience will be
dissatisfied and you'll find yourself in Bill Gates' position.
