It took me a while to figure it out.  Go to Google Groups Advanced
Search <http://www.google.com/advanced_group_search> and paste the ID
above into the "Message ID" field.  Hit "Google Search" and it comes
right up.

The Message ID is a good way of posting a nice, simple, unambiguous
reference to a newsgroup article.  Most of the other ways of doing it
result in a four-line URL that retrieves a whole thread.
