	Steve Stiles' letter to the editor of THe Baltimore Sun "Stiles in
the Sun" reminded me of the legendary law school lesson on tactics:  When
the facts are against you, argue the law.  When the law is against you,
argue the facts.  When the facts and the law are against you, abuse your
opponent.
