I've got a couple kosher for passover cake mixesthat I
can bake for 3d friday.  They're a little on the heavy
side since they have no leavening and use either matzo
meal or potato flour, but they're really not too bad
as those things go.

Any idea how many people (besides me) will need kosher
for passove productsat 3d Friday?
