Here's where things get tricky (hey we're talking Jews and food, you expect
it to be easy?).  After all Matzoh is made from wheat.  Wheat is allowed if
it is unleavened (not risen) which in practice means matzoh and products
made from matzoh meal.

The real hard part is avoiding corn syrup.  That ingredient is everywhere.
