Bloomsbury has threatened to impose tough sanctions on booksellers who
break the strict sales embargo on "Harry Potter and the Order of the
Phoenix". In a contract which must be signed by all companies handling =

book in advance of publication, Bloomsbury threatens copyright proceedings=

against anyone who discloses the contents of the book to a third party, =

who sells it before 12:01 a.m. on the official on-sale date (Saturday,
