Earth, with one large moon, is still moonwise ahead of Jupiter in two
ways: (1) In moon count, Earth has more moons relative to the planet's
mass than Jupiter has moons relative to its own mass, and (2) the mass of
Earth's moon far exceeds the total mass of Jupiter's moons, relative to
Earth's mass versus Jupiter's mass.

Perhaps there might be a few natural moons orbiting Earth that are not
known. Moons the size of a basketball, or the size of an egg, might not
be noticed.
