Keith - does anybody besides you have details of our business relationship with the company that hosts wsfa.org?

Sounds like you need a designated back-up person or persons.  Somebody who can fill in for you when you are indisposed or unavailable.  This will also enable you to take a vacation from maintaining the web site every now and then.
