The tracking and polling features would, I think, be useful for any size
con, but more useful at the big ones.

Problem with the "networking function" would be to make con attendees
tell the truth.  They should say things like "Asocial geek in search of
quick sex" or "Fanatic seeking to drone for hours about an
author/wargame/computer program that nobody's ever heard of".  But they
probably wouldn't.
