	Barry passed on a request for "Dimensional Warp Generator Needed
kmq" and asked "Anyone know what these people are about?"  I'd said they're
about 40 cards short of a full deck.  While Federal agencies do use email to
communicate with potential vendors, they would never make unsolicited
requests in this manner.  This is another case of "If it sounds too good to
be true, it probably is."
