Doesn't work anymore, since Toronto has been declared,
in effect, SARS-free.

This seems to be an idea that is going out of favor,
at least for the short fiction categories.  The Torcon
web site has links to only 3 of the 6 Novella
nominees, just 1 of the five Novelette nominees, and
*none* of the five Short Story nominees (though
Geoffrey Landis did send out an email showing how to
find his story on the web).  The non-fiction nominees
seem much better represented, especially the fanzines
(if I can indulge in a small amount of shameless
self-promotion -- and you can also find the link to
MIMOSA web site in my sig below).
