Keith,

While I agree that courtesy dictates asking don's
family for permission to post the old WSFA journals on
the web, while he claimed copyright, it's not clear
that he had the right to claim the copyright.  If he
was publishing the Journals as part of his official
WSFA duties, it's arguably work for hire and WSFA owns
the copyright.
