Well . . . maybe yes . . . maybe no.

SOTWJ was meant as an interim publication, between Journals which were =
taking longer and longer to produce.

There was discussion in the club regarding Don's relationaship to the club =
and the publications.  I believe the club granted Don rights to SOTWJ.  =
But it was ages ago, I may very sell be misremembering events.

Barry & Judy Newton were, I believe, in the club then and might recall, as =
might Alexis, who is not on this list, so perhaps some one should ask him =
tomorrow about this.

Also, if there are minutes of any sort in either the WSFA Journal or =
SOTWJ, they might shed light on this.
