I'm looking at them with both an older version of Netscape
and a mostly current version of MSIE.

http://www.wsfa.org/capc04/index.htm
The image is a broken link in Netscape but shows up in
MSIE. However, the background of the image is white, which
clashes with the purple background of the page.

http://www.wsfa.org/capc04/indexj.htm
For both browsers, the image shows OK. But the backround
of the image is white (both inside and outside the curves),
while the background of the page is purple.

http://www.wsfa.org/capc04/indexp1.htm
For Netscape, the background color of the image is yellow
(both inside and outside the curves), while for MSIE, the
background of the image is purple, the same color as the
page. (Are you using a transparent background in the
image, or forcing the background to the same color as the
page?)

http://www.wsfa.org/capc04/indexp2.htm
For Netscape, the background color of the image is white,
except that all corner extremeties, beyond the edge of the
curves, there is a yellow background (and it looks strange
that way). For MSIE, the interior of the image has a white
background and same color as the page background outside
the curves.

Suggestion: convert image to a transparent background
.GIF, if you're not already using one. This will allow the
background color of the page to show through in all
background parts of the image.
