I think 6 years is a more than enough.  Jay Haldeman was Disclave chair in =
1967 (see <http://www.wsfa.org/discjm.htm>, and by, I believe, then =
current club rules, also club president; ) and moved to Florida around =
1973, so it would seem that Judy may have atleast matched Jay's tenure.  =
Well, atleast she didn't also have a Worldcon to run.

We also need to think about how to make best use of the pile of money from =
World Fantasy.

And by "best use" I mean usage that will benefit the club, and not =
necessarily in immediate financial return, and also to benefit fandom.

One option would be to subsidize Capclave until it becomes a surplus =
maker.  Future Capclave Chairs could bring in a GoH, or "special guest", =
that normally we could not afford.

I should warn folks that at some point I will have a proposal to spend =
some of the money.  I am awaiting some further information before I make =
it public.
